Do you offer support for 2-factor authentication?

Yes, you can secure your CommentGuard account with 2-factor authentication (2FA).

How it works

1. Go to Settings > Profile and enable 2-factor authentication.
2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone, like Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator.
3. Save the backup codes you get during setup somewhere safe.

When you log in, open the authenticator app you used to scan the QR code and enter the code it shows. The app generates a new code every few seconds.

Note: CommentGuard doesn't send you codes by email, text or to an app. The codes are generated by the authenticator app itself.

Lost access to your authenticator app?

Use one of the backup codes you saved during setup to log in. If you've also lost your backup codes, contact our support team. After verifying your identity, we can disable 2FA on your account.
