Can I whitelist specific users so their comments are never hidden?

No, we don't offer the ability to whitelist specific users.

However, you can whitelist keywords. Comments containing any of these keywords will not be hidden (or deleted) by any of your moderation filters, including "Hide all comments", regardless of who posted them.
