How can comments show up in the bin when I didn't delete them?

When comments are deleted on Facebook itself (by someone with an admin role on your page or by the commenter themselves), we receive a notification from Meta. Following this, we also delete the comment in CommentGuard inbox or archive and move it to the bin tab.
