You can quickly add Q&A pairs to your AI's knowledge base directly from your past comments.

Adding knowledge from comment replies

When you reply to comments, you'll see an "Add to AI knowledge" icon next to each reply. This feature helps you capture useful information without disrupting your workflow.

To add a reply to your AI's knowledge base:

1. Click the "Add to AI knowledge" icon next to your comment reply
2. A modal will open with the original comment as the "question"
3. Your reply will be pre-filled as the "answer"
4. Edit the content if needed to make it more general or clear
5. Click save to add the Q&A pair to your AI's knowledge base

Managing your AI's FAQ knowledge

You can view and manage all your saved Q&A pairs in the FAQ section within your Agent settings. This gives you full control over what your AI has learned from your replies.

Transparency in AI learning

The AI does not automatically learn from your replies in a "black box" manner. You have complete control over what gets added to the AI's knowledge base through this manual process.
