How to tell if a comment is hidden or visible?
You can quickly identify whether comments are hidden or visible by looking at specific visual indicators in the interface.
Visual indicators for comment visibility
Button icons
The visibility button shows different icons depending on the current state:
- Open eyeball icon: Click this to hide the comment
- Crossed-out eyeball icon: Click this to make the comment visible again
Text appearance
Comments display differently based on their visibility status:
- Black text: The comment is visible
- Grayed out text: The comment is hidden
