Why can't I add my page because it has been added to another trial account?

If you previously connected Facebook or Instagram pages to a free trial account, you may encounter trial abuse protection when trying to add those same pages to a newly registered trial.

To resolve this:

1. Note down the names of the Facebook or Instagram pages you want to re-add
2. Contact support and provide the page names
3. Support will whitelist these pages so you can add them to your new trial

This protection exists to prevent misuse of the trial system while ensuring legitimate users can continue using their pages or sign-up for another free trial if needed.

Alternatively, when your trial is still active, contact support to extend it for you.
