No, CommentGuard applies moderation settings at the page level rather than for individual content pieces. This means your selected moderation rules automatically apply to all content—both organic posts and paid advertisements—associated with that particular Facebook page or Instagram account.

It's not currently possible to auto-hide comments on only specific posts or ads, nor can you create different moderation settings for comments on posts versus advertisements.
