No, at this moment you can only like comments through CommentGuard.

Posting other Reactions like "love" is not yet possible through Facebook's API. We actively monitor Facebook's API developments and will add this functionality to CommentGuard as soon as Meta makes it available. This limitation applies to all third-party tools, not just our software.
