How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can modify your CommentGuard subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Simply access this portal by clicking the Manage subscription button in your account settings page. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, with the full new rate taking effect in your next billing period.

When downgrading, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle, after which the lower-priced plan takes effect.

Please note that only the account owner can see and use the Manage subscription button—this option isn't available to administrators, managers, or moderators.
