How can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time, through our Stripe customer portal that you can access by clicking Manage subscription from your account settings page.
Note that the Manage subscription button is only visible for the account owner, not to administrators, managers or moderators.
If you upgrade your subscription you’ll see a receipt that shows the prorated amount that is due today for increasing your limit (for the remainder of your current billing period), and you’ll see what you’ll pay monthly starting from your new billing period.
If you downgrade you'll see a receipt that shows what you'll pay monthly starting from your new billing period.
