Can you delete comments instead of just hiding them?

Yes, you can enable our "Delete mode" to automatically delete (instead of hide) comments.

• From your Dashboard select any of your connected pages.
• Click on the Moderation tab to open your moderation settings.
• Enable any of your preferred moderation settings (for example "profanity" or "negativity".
• Scroll down to enable Delete comments. Enabling this setting will automatically delete (instead of hide) comments that trigger your enabled moderation settings.

You'll be asked to confirm your choice because unlike hiding, deleting comments can't be reversed. Note that comments will be deleted with a random delay of up to 10 seconds.

If you want to delete all comments that you receive, combine our "Hide all comments" moderation setting with the "Delete comments" mode to delete instead of hide these comments.
