Missing pages in the add new page menu?

If you don't see all your Facebook pages or Instagram accounts in the "+ Add new page" dropdown menu, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot:

• Make sure you are an admin/owner of the page with full permissions.
• If it's an Instagram page, make sure it's converted to a Professional profile and that it's linked to a Facebook page.

When you first connect your Facebook account, you select which pages to grant access to.

To add additional pages that weren't initially selected, you'll need to refresh your Facebook access token with the required permissions.

Make sure to check "Edit access" in the permission dialog to see if all your pages are selected.

When you've followed these steps, you should be able to connect to CommentGuard without any issues. If you still don't see it show up, please reach out to our support and make sure to include the name and URL of your missing page in the request.
