Where can I find the moderation settings and automations?

You can find the Settings and Automations at the page level, they're not visible when you're inside your overall Dashboard. From your Dashboard, use the dropdown menu to select any of your pages.

Then click on the Settings or Rules tab to navigate to your Moderation settings and Automations.

Note that "Moderator" users can't see the Automation and Moderation tabs. It's only available to "Managers", "Administrators" and the "Owner" of the account.
