Do you also support direct messages (DM's)?

At this moment we don't import or process Facebook & Instagram DM's. We support only public-facing comments (on posts, ads, stories & reels).

We do have the option to reply to a Facebook comment as a private message, so that the reply ends up in Messenger and users will get an additional notification because of that.
