How to add custom knowledge for more accurate AI replies?

When using AI to generate replies, you can give it custom knowledge about your brand / products / services so it can give more accurate answers based on that information.

How to add and update custom knowledge

• Go to the Knowledge tab in your account settings.
• Click on Create brand to create a new brand or on Edit to edit an existing brand.
• Give you brand a name and add Facebook & Instagram pages to it.
• Input custom knowledge, for example frequently asked questions & answers (it's recommended to create a document with all this info so you can easily copy-paste it in the knowledge input box).
• Click Save to save your new or edited brand information.

CommentGuard will process the info and show when it's ready. Now when you generate AI replies, this custom knowledge will be taken into account to generate more knowledgeable AI replies.

Note: this feature is currently in beta. It's added to all paid user accounts with a limit of 250 generated replies per subscription and 50 AI replies for free trial accounts. We'll monitor usage to find out if we can add this AI feature at no additional cost or as a paid add-on subscription. We've limited the input in the knowledge input box to max. 50,000 characters.
