Why is my dashboard empty after connecting my pages?

Your dashboard appears empty because CommentGuard only begins processing comments from the moment you connect your Facebook or Instagram pages to our system.

The platform doesn't retroactively import historical comments posted before integration.

As new comments come in on your connected pages, they'll automatically appear in your dashboard.

Left a test comment yourself and it's not showing up? Comments from profiles with a role on your page aren't processed. Why isn't my own test comment showing up or being moderated?
