Can I get a refund of my subscription payment?

Monthly plans: we don't refund processed monthly payments. You can cancel at any time and your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans (and other plans longer than one month): if you cancel within 30 days of the start or renewal date, you get a full refund. Email support@commentguard.io or use the support widget, and we'll process the refund within 5 business days. After those 30 days there is no refund.

To cancel, click 'Manage subscription' in your account settings and select 'Cancel'.
