How to invite sub-users and manage their permissions?

To add team members to your CommentGuard account, click on Menu and then Users, or navigate directly to your user management page.

  1. Click on Add user
  2. Enter the person's first name, last name, and email address
  3. Click on the Privileges tab
  4. Select an appropriate role (Moderator, Manager, or Administrator) - you'll see a description of each role's permissions below the dropdown menu
  5. Choose whether the user should have access to all pages or just specific ones by using the access control options
  6. Save the settings to trigger an invitation email allowing the new user to set their password

You can edit permissions or remove users at any time from this same page.

This feature allows for secure collaboration without sharing login credentials, maintaining proper access control across your team.
