Can I transfer ownership of my CommentGuard account?

Each CommentGuard account has 1 owner and can have many administrators, managers and moderators. The owner of the account also owns (and can manage) the Stripe subscription.

If you want to transfer ownership of your account, please reach out to support.

We will need the email of the current account owner and the email address of the new owner to process this transfer request for you in our backend systems as well as in Stripe.
