How to block or ban users?

You can easily block problematic users from your Facebook page directly within CommentGuard.

Simply look for the block button next to their comment and click it. When activated, the button turns red to indicate the user has been blocked. If you change your mind, you can unblock them by clicking the same button again.

If you don't see the block button on certain comments, this is due to Meta's restriction that prevents blocking users within 48 hours after they were previously unblocked. This cooling-off period is a Facebook platform limitation. The button will become available again after this period expires.
