How to setup automations?

Automations are automated actions, with specific triggers.

You can setup automations for your pages in the Automation tab that you'll see after selecting any of your pages from the dropdown menu in the top-right of your dashboard.

Copy automations from another page

If you want to copy automations from another page, select the page to copy from and the click Apply.

Note that copying automations from another page will overwrite your existing automations.

Create a new automation

Click the Create automation button to get started.

First, give your automation a name. This name will show up in your Insights reporting, so make sure to choose a descriptive name.

Then select a trigger for the automation, you can choose from:

• Comment contains only certain keywords: you can use this for example when you're asking your audience to comment a specific word to join a raffle or to receive something from you.
• Comment contains certain keywords: you can use this for example when someone's comment includes the word "price" or "pricing".
• Comment contains just an emoji: for example just 🔥 and nothing else.
• Comment contains just a mention: for example just @johnthompson and nothing else.

Then choose an action you want to perform, this can be either "Reply" or "Archive".

When you want to send an automated reply, select "Reply".

Then you can enter the response you would like to send, as a normal comment reply or as a DM if you check the box "Send as private message".

If you want to add more variations of the same reply that will be sent randomly, click +Add variation.

You can use AI to Rewrite ✨ your original comment or manually type a variation.

If you want the receiver of the reply to be mentioned / tagged, you can enable this option.

And finally you can enable the option Send with a delay to make your automated reply feel more authentic. You can set a fixed reply of X minutes or choose a random delay of up to 10 minutes.

In the overview you can enable or disable the automation with the toggle, or you can Edit or Remove this automation.
